Booking an Appointment
Call us at 718-388-1021. We can help you find out which treatment is best suited for you. Our staff of experts can assist you in picking the right treatment and help schedule an appointment.
Arriving to the Appointment
You are encouraged to arrive to the appointment 15 minutes before your schedule time. This will allow you time to relax, be comfortable, and enjoy refreshments as you wait for your appointment to begin.
When making an appointment, credit card information will be needed to properly reserve the appointment time for you.
Appointments that have not been rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged for the missed service. If the cancellation of the appointment is due to an unexpected emergency, a fee may then be applied to the next appointment within 5 days. A full service charge will be given if you fail to notify staff or do not show to the appointment.
We encourage our customers to kindly silent or turn off cellular devices during your time at our spa. This policy is set in place to ensure every customer experiences a relaxing time.
A tray will be provided for you to set your jewelry during your appointment. Make sure you do not leave any belongings when your treatment is completed. We will not be responsible for items lost.
If you have allergies, medical conditions, are taking medications, or are pregnant, please consult with out staff to learn which services will be right for you. Be sure to inform the staff if there is a change to the intake form information.
